ACTIVITIES OF T&P

The Training & Placement Department of KDK Engineering College runs the following activities.

PLACEMENT

Our students have been placed through campus interviews in many reputed organizations like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Mumbai. Indian Army, Reliance Infocom, DSL Software, Bangalore, Syntel India Ltd. Pune, Mico Bosch Ltd. Nashik, Satyam Computer, Hyderabad, KPIT Cummin, Pune, Iflex Solution, Bangalore, Godrej & Boyce Ltd. Mumbai, Jindal Saw Ltd. Nashik, Dell Computer Services, Hyderabad.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING CELL

T & P Department plays a vital role in the college setup in forging fruitful and mutual beneficial link with industries. Working effectively and efficiently with various industries to facilitate our students for industrial training. Vacation training being an important part of engineering education, the department places its students for training session in some of the best industries in the country like Maruti Udyog Ltd., Telco, Tisco, Hero Honda T & P Department plays a vital role in the college setup in Motors, L & T, Whirlpool, Crompton Greaves, BHEL, NTPC, LML, Siemens, HEL, Bokaro Steel-Plant, Tarapur Atomic Power Station, NHPC, Central India Polymer Ltd., BSNL and various State Electricity Boards.

INDUSTRIAL TOURS / VISITS

Department organises Industrial tours and visits to local industries as well as major industries outside the region for the overall development of students as engineers.

ALUMNI CELL

Department has a strong Alumni Cell which has continuous interaction with pass out students for their better placements and also for the benefit of students presently studying in the college.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT CELL

This cell identifies prospective entrepreneurs, trains them through various agencies like MCED and finally makes them successful entrepreneurs.

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT CELL

Guest lectures and seminars are arranged by this cell for personality development of students.
